Windows 10: Surface Pro 8 Windows 10 & 11 keeps going to sleep and kicks me back to my sign-in screen...

I have tried all solutions available on the internet to no avail. While I am in the middle of working, my Surface will flash black and then kick me back to the sign-in screen. It actually happened again just now as I am typing this. I have tried uninstalling Windows 11 and installing Windows 10; the issue persists. I have set all power options for the device to never sleep; the issue persists; I have run the command prompt DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth followed by sfc /scannow; the issue persists; I have no PCI Link State Power Management option to disable; Intel Ready a

Hi, thank you. I could restart my surface pro 4 but still could not fix the Surface Pro 4 screen not turn on after sleep. I am still looking forward to hearing more suggestions to fix the black screen after sleep.

Thank you for posting your reply and updating on the status.

I suggest you to perform a Power Drain by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Hold the power button down 20-30 seconds.
• Hold the volume rocker up and power on for almost 15 seconds.
• After you release the buttons, wait 10 seconds.
• Press and release the power button to turn your Surface back on.
