Windows 10: Surface Pro 9 mouse lagging on its own screen

When connected to the external screen and on the battery, the external mouse is working without a lag, while I'm working on the Surface Pro 9 screen, the mouse is lagging even in "Best Performance" mode, Please help to fix it.Surface Pro 9 for Business Model - 2038 i7Windows 11 Pro version 23H2OS Build 22631.3296Windows and Drivers are updated

Extreme Lag on Windows Surface Pro 9

Surface Pro 3 Docked Mouse Issue

Problem - Mouse Keep Going to the Top Right Corner

Specs:

• Surface Pro 3 i7 8GB RAM 256 Storage
• Surface Pro 3 Dock
• External Keyboard
• External Mouse (Logitech G502 Wired Mouse)

What I have tried still no fix -

• Reboot
• Shut Down Power On
• Disconnect Mouse and Reconnect
• Remove Mouse and Re-Add it
• Tried a Different Wired Mouse (Have not tried with a Bluetooth mouse)
• Plugged the Mouse into various USB ports in dock

Anyways I was wondering if anyone had this issue and if they were able to fix it?

Hi, thank you. I could restart my surface pro 4 but still could not fix the Surface Pro 4 screen not turn on after sleep. I am still looking forward to hearing more suggestions to fix the black screen after sleep.
