    surface pro unable to detect keyboard


    Hi, I have some question regarding my surface pro keyboard. I have cleaned the connectors, reinstalled the drivers and open the UEFI or BIOS but the keyboard is still not working. Are there other troubleshooting methods? I am currently waiting for the newest KB to install, but I doubt this helps. would greatly appreciate any helpful advise!
