Windows 10: Surface Pro X not able to access Startup Options

Discus and support Surface Pro X not able to access Startup Options in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Hello,I can't login to my surface anymore.     Surface Pro X not able to access Startup Options


    Hello,I can't login to my surface anymore. When I have the login screen and click "login" It just reloads the login screen. I don't have my type over and only the screen keyboard. I can access the Surface UEFI settings after holding Volume Up + Power. But it doesn't have the option for a device reset. Since I do not care about my files/have them backed up. I kind of just want the quickest fix, which is a hard reset. The combination of Shift screen keyboard + Restart doesn't work, and just restarts the PC as normal. I therefore can't access the startup options to reset my device. Like I state

    Surface Pro X ARM

    Yes, for work needs I suggest going for Surface Laptop 7 or Surface Pro.

    However X is going to be a great device in the future when support for ARM64 arrives.

    Boot Surface Laptop to USB - no Volume button

    Hello Jimmy, Surface Pro X not able to access Startup Options :)

    This doesn't list the "Surface Laptop", but you might give it a try to see.

    *Arrow Boot Microsoft Surface from a USB device

    Otherwise, you should be able to use OPTION ONE below to boot from the USB from advanced startup.
