    Surface Pro X stuck on Install error loop


    What did I get myself into here? I needed a decent laptop and was told get the Surface pro, its a great alternative to bulky laptops yet just as effective if not better since its also a tablet.

    What a mistake. Im already regretting it. Ive had it for 3 days now and I have not been able to turn it on once. Install error loop. Never heard of such a thing until I made the mistake of buying Microsoft hardware. What on earth did I get my self into???

    Surface Pro stuck in SURFACE UEFI screen reboot loop

    Andre,

    Thanks for pointing me at that but I'm afraid it didn't work - only got me back to the SURFACE UEFI screen.

    I'm really struggling with this and may have to return the device. Pity, it's a replacement for my previous Surface 4 pro with which I was very happy (in fact typing this on it).
