Windows 10: Surface Pro X - Windows Hello "Currently Unavailable"

Discus and support Surface Pro X - Windows Hello "Currently Unavailable" in Windows Hello & Lockscreen to solve the problem; I have a new surface pro x. When I first set it up, I was able to set up all the available windows hello: face and pin. But it suddenly cut my windows...     Surface Pro X - Windows Hello "Currently Unavailable"


    I have a new surface pro x. When I first set it up, I was able to set up all the available windows hello: face and pin. But it suddenly cut my windows hello face and lists all the windows hello options as "currently unavailable" and "something went wrong, try again later."


    And yes, my surface is fully updated. I don't know what to do. I loved windows hello face, very convenient. And I want it back.

    Yes, for work needs I suggest going for Surface Laptop 7 or Surface Pro.

    However X is going to be a great device in the future when support for ARM64 arrives.
