Windows 10: Surface Pro X Windows setup stuck on Android app link page

Hi there, I just got the new Surface Pro X with the new SQ2 chip and am walking through the first-time Windows setup process but am stuck on the page that says"Get instant access to your Android phone's photos, texts, notifications and more." There's a"do it later" button and a "next" button and while they're both clickable, neither of them seem to do anything.


I've also tried to input my phone number and download the app on my Android phone as instructed but the app cannot link with my computer because I can't get passed this page in the setup process.


And lastly, I've also tried rebooting but I keep getting stuck on this page.


Anyone have any idea of how to get passed this? I was really excited to get this new device, but I'm already frustrated because I can't even get started!

Samsung Galaxy S10: Android 10 / OneUI 2.1

It worked fine using my Surface Pro 4 but on my new Surface Pro X the Ringtone and Call Quality through
the Your Phone app are terrible: Constant crackling, tapping whatever
you want to call it. Kind of like coins being dropped.

All other aspects of Your Phone work
wonderfully.

I've tried:

Phone:

1. Bluetooth: Unpairing the Surface Pro X
2. YourPhone Companion App: Clearing Application Data/Cache

Surface Pro X:

1. Settings -> Bluetooth: Unpairing the phone
2. Settings -> Phone: Unlinking the phone
3. Settings -> Apps: YourPhone App: Repair and Reset

I then set it all up again which went through all fine.

I've also tried:

1. Device Manager -> All Bluetooth Drivers -> Update Driver
2. Paired a Bluetooth speaker to my Surface Pro X. This works fine.

I suspect the issue is related to the Your Phone App
and Bluetooth but don't know where to check next?

Because the crackling noise seems to be bluetooth related.

Rebooted Surface Pro 4 with the USB which installs Windows 10 but it's stuck on Windows setup

Rebooted again the surface pro 4 since it was stuck booting to Surface UEFI followed the same instructions as the lady who posted this question "Surface Pro 4 stuck booting to Surface UEFI? Loop". Did all the steps but when it came to setting up windows
I can't click on anything in the windoes setup, I can't even click next to continue to the next step. Funny thing is that if I remove the USB and open the Surface UEFI I can press and interact with the screen.

Please help before I smash this tablet, I've been frustrated for days. It shouldn't be this frustrating to use a product that's catered to everyone.
