Windows 10: Surface pro4 windows 10 issues

My surface pro 4 running windows 10 has recently been restored. Now having alot of issues. Unable to recognize wireless router, getting a "package could not be registered" error when attempting to access Settings, search is not working, most of the programs will not open at all. I can open some through run but they don't funtion properly. It's basically useless at this point. What can I do? I tried running a system file checker scan and nothing showed up

I solved it by added Lumia USB-C type Cable to USB-2 Cable and Connect Lumia950xl to my Surface PRO4, and it detect LUMAI-950-XL !!!

battery indicator issue on my surface pro4

• Are the charging connectors clean and free of damage?
• Is your adapter working? Is the light on the connector lit when it is plugged in?
• Does the charging status show a power plug next to the battery when it is charging?

We suggest you to follow the steps and check if it helps:

• Press and hold the power button on your Surface for 30 seconds.
• Press and hold the volume-up button and the power button on your Surface at the same time for at least
  15 seconds, and then release both. The screen may flash the Surface logo, but continue holding the buttons down for at least
  15 seconds.
• After you release the buttons, wait 10 seconds.
• Press and release the power button on your Surface to turn it back on.
