Windows 10: surface rt does not turn on after flashing

Good afternoon! I bought an old surface rt for myself, decided to flash it, put it on flashing and its battery ran out, after that I damaged it, and now when it starts, it turns on for 30 seconds on the logo and turns off again, I tried to flash it again, but nothing comes out, please tell me what to do?

This has been asked many times and answer many times. Sorry to tell you this but the Windows Surface rt 8.1 can not be upgraded to Windows 10 because it is not being made available for the Surface rt and will not
work on the Surface rt because of the ARM processor it has in it .

Hi, how do i get windows 10 in my surface tab? currently i have windows rt 8.1, 32 bit operating system, arm processor.

i have installed all the recommended patches. downloaded troubleshooter app recommended in one of the forums. that suggested me to install kb2976978 but when i tried to install the same it says processor doesnot support it.

i have followed the steps.. by searching in windows store for get my windows and get windows 10 as suggested in the microsoft website. but that didnt display any results.

kindly help me in getting windows 10 in my surface tab

I request you to use the hardware troubleshooter to fix the issue

The Hardware Troubleshooter is an automated tool which will check the hardware connected to the computer for any known issues with it and provides the details and on how to fix them. Follow these steps and run the troubleshooter.

Follow these steps:

• Press Windows key to get the Start menu.
• Type Troubleshooting in the search box right up corner and hit enter.
• Click on Troubleshooting tab.
• Click on view all option on the upper left corner.
• Select the Hardware and Device options from the list.
• Click Next to run the Hardware and Device Troubleshooter.
