Hallo,ich hab ein problem mit meinem Microsoft Laptop 3 Intel Prozessor , Tastatur und touchpad von der maus keine funktion Geräte Manager wird eine Warnung ausgepuckt, windwos auch komplett neu aufgesetzt trotzdem kein erfolg bin langsam mit den nerven am ende.

Introducing new A Surface Hub Tour app

We are introducing A Surface Hub Tour, a fun and engaging app optimized for Surface Hub now available from the Windows Store. The A Surface Hub Tour app is an easy-to-follow app to familiarize yourself with the Surface Hub's features and how you can get the most out of them through a hands-on, step-by-step, fun experience. We've named it A Surface Hub Tour to ensure that it sits right at the top of your Surface Hub's app list, easy to find and launch for both you and your users. Make it available for your users to open and explore to enable them to quickly and easily learn how their Surface Hub does much more than just providing a large screen for projection and presentations.

Surface Hub is an all-in-one collaboration device built with integrated features that make not just presenting, but sharing, collaborating and brainstorming easy, secure, and productive. A Surface Hub Tour demonstrates these capabilities in a game-like format that can be explored at your own pace, demonstrating how to get the most from Surface Hub's most compelling features, like Whiteboard, Skype for Business, Office 365, Connect, and of course, several options to give us feedback to improve.

Configure one of the new amazing wallpapers included with the app and selectable from your Surface Hub settings to direct your users to the A Surface Hub Tour learning experience, presenting them with an invitation Come and Explore the Surface Hub by launching the app. Once in the app, you'll be prompted to choose an avatar, and then select from a list of lessons, or worlds. You can follow the recommended sequence, or explore the worlds at your own pace and in your own order. You can also sign-in to save your avatar, prizes, progress and your favorite features. In each world your avatar will participate and guide you in short exercises that demonstrate the Surface Hub's capabilities. At the completion of each world, your avatar will earn a surprise to celebrate!

The A Surface Hub Tour app is now available at the Windows Store for Surface Hub administrators to download and install. A Surface Hub Tour is a universal app and can run on any Windows 10 device, but it was designed and optimized for Surface Hub to allow users access to the features and functionality being demonstrated. Install the app on your Surface Hubs today to help your users discover the capabilities of this fantastic device for collaboration, teamwork, and creativity.

Surface Hub Windows 10 Team 2020 Update

Following our blog post from December 6th , today we are providing further information on the Windows 10 Team 2020 Update.

Starting today, the updated Surface Hub Recovery Tool (SHRT) with the Windows 10 Team 2020 update is available here for first-generation Surface Hubs.
This is the first step in our continued commitment to service our 55” and 84” first-generation Surface Hubs as we prepare to deliver the update via Windows Update and Windows Update for Business in the new year, as we do for Surface Hub 2S.
We encourage our customers and partners to review the list of known issues for this build prior to installing the update.

Surface Hub Windows 10 Team 2020 Update - Hub v1 status

As announced February 24, Microsoft began delivering the Windows 10 Team 2020 Update to first-generation Surface Hub 55” and 84” devices. We will continue to provide the Windows 10 Team 2020 Update to all first-generation Surface Hubs as a staged rollout. Using a staged rollout allows our engineers to investigate issues as they arise and ensure the highest quality update experience.

In response to recent customer feedback, Microsoft will throttle the March 2 rollout to investigate an issue listed in the known issues list. Additionally, Microsoft will start rolling out the Windows 10 Team 2020 Update for Surface Hub first-generation devices in the United States on March 9.

Feb. 24: Surface Hub v1 with full telemetry enabled in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Canada, Mexico, Belgium, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and UK.

March 2: Surface Hub v1 with full telemetry enabled in all geographies except the U.S.

We will continue to provide updates as the rollout continues including devices without full telemetry enabled, as well as availability via Windows Update for Business. If you would like to start your Hub v1 feature update before it is offered via Windows Update, we encourage you to use the Surface Hub Recovery Tool. Instructions are provided below.

Note: If the Windows 10 Team 2020 Update does not appear in the list of available Windows Updates, you can temporarily turn on full telemetry (aka Windows diagnostics). After enabling full telemetry and restarting the device, it may take 24 hours or more before the update appears. To check, open the Settings app from the Start menu, login with an administrator account, and select Updates & Security > Check for updates.

Updating via Surface Hub Recovery Tool

As an alternative to Windows Update, all first-generation Surface Hubs can be updated from Windows 10 Team, version 1703 (RS2) to the new Windows 10 Team 2020 Update with the Surface Hub Recovery Tool (SHRT) available for download (select SurfaceHub_Recovery_v2.7.139.0.msi). When you run the SHRT tool, you will be prompted to select the 2020 Update image - aka 20H2 - as shown in the following screenshot:
