    Surround Sound Doesn't Work?


    Hello, I got my Cyberpower PC back in December of 2018, and ever since I got it all USB audio devices that I have used do not have surround sound. All of the devices I have used support surround sound specifically the wireless SteelSeries Arctis 7 I have used for about a year and a half now but Windows doesn't allow me to turn on spatial sound. Is there any fix for this?

    7.1 Surround Sound does not work

    Hi! I recently bought a Razer Headset that supports 7.1 Surround Sound. I installed the drivers but when I change my playback device to "Speakers (7.1 Surroud Sound)" I doesn´t work. I can´t listen to anything but everything seems to be working perfectly.
    Please if you know how to fix this let me know.

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue Surround Sound Doesn't Work? :p
