Windows 10: Suspect infection with Spyware

I switched to Windows 11 and upon startup recieved a SYSTEM warning that there was an active screen reader with no Unknown file location. Upon entering my Event Viewer I immediatly noticed activity and shared files, photos, password's and so on had taken place. I researched the web and found many paid spyware apps. Is there a way to remove the User thats remote accessing my HP 3IN1?[Original Title: Viruses and Malware]

I was hoping someone could give me a list of step by step instructions you use as a guide to clean virus, malware...etc. so I can keep my PC clean if it gets infected.

spyware suspect

Hi there

I have a Microsoft lumia 650 windows 10 .

I am using the texts that came with the phone. When i entered my text messages list to look at my text messages, the pink circle was on the bottom right of the icon for a contact - it wasnt on any other contact and never seen it before. Three hours later,
it disappeared which coincidentally happened to disappear after id spent half hour on my mobile trying to google it and reading up about spyware and how to see if my phone had been hacked into.

Can someone tell me what this is?

My Antivirus said Application.Downloader.AAB (Suspected infection) but then it also says

"Cannot open file" error occurred: The "Cannot open file" error message means that the scanner was unable to open a file and that this file was not scanned. You can normally ignore this error message as there are many reasons for this message
that do not imply a security threat, including:

• The file was a system file. System files are protected by the operation system by design. You can ignore this message in this case.
  
• You do not have permission to read the file. To scan the file, log in with a user account with sufficient permissions (for example the computer's administrator account) and rescan.
  
• The file was in use by an application when the scan was performed. To scan this file, close all applications and rescan.

Said I have to manually remove i'm unsure how to do that exactly.

Or is this a valid file? This just appeared today.
