"The verification method isn't working" fix when you don't have another verification method

In microsoft account "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" , the account is locked. When I tried to unlock it through the verification code sent in SMS, it says "The Verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method." But the problem is I only had the phone number as the method of verification due to which I can't login into my window.

 

Can't unblock suspended account please help keeps saying: "Try another verification method That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method."

Suspended for no reason. Read all the user agreement, I violated nothing. Need help with this, very frustrating. No matter what number I use it just doesn't work. Tried all the Microsoft support troubleshooting like change password, other email recovery but none of it worked.

Need sign in to ask for help, how am I going to sign in if the account is suspended? Had to make a new account, but I need recovery for the previous account because it has purchased Microsoft products. HELP.
