Windows 10: Svchost.exe in sysWOW64 eating up CPU

I have a windows 10 pc and I noticed something wrong in the task manager, there is an unknown program that's running 50-80% on the CPU, and Its located in C:\Windows\SysWOW64, I recently installed a game from my old hard drive which is a pirated game and I'm not sure if that's the reason, Please I need some help I can't play games properly and I'm worried if this is a virus or not. Malware using SysWOW64/svchost

I've done a lot of research, but haven't yet found a current solution to this.

I have Norton 360 protection, and when I block the svchost from running, all malware symptoms stop, yet blocking that creates new problems.

-The main symptom is an unnamed file running in Task Manager taking up 50-60% cpu, and clicking "open file location" takes you to SysWOW64/svchost.

-When on google chrome, a bunch of websites try to pop up or connect, but Norton blocks all of them. The most frequent one called "Bitcoin Miner6"

-About 20 "proxychecker"s were in the TM, which I blocked with Norton without bad side-effects.

-Blue Screen of deaths were often early on, about 15 mins and every time I tried restarting my computer.

All these were stopped by Norton, though the main file can be still found in TM, but it uses hardly any cpu. It seems to need internet connection to work (when I don't have Norton block it), and is run by SysWOW64 about 30sec after startup, possibly as a
dll.

Anyway Norton can't find it no matter what, and running my computer without svchost is annoying.

 

SVCHOST eating up memory


What services of svchost should I disable? I think it's eating up my memory. I think if the computer has 2GB RAM, it should have only like 30-40% usage but I have 63%

So, I know the svchost.exe is from windows, don't spam message about it, if you are here to defend the file and say "don't touch it", simply not post.

I know svchost is from system32, every useful process, in task manager if I go to the location that is, all of them send to the same file in system32. but two process has NO NAME, and they are OUTSITE the system process, they start when login the account, not
restart if kill both process and not restart when just logoff the profile and login, they back only when restart, one of them uses 70% of cpu, and they came when a virus infected the machine, so, they are viruses and nothing can deny it, all taskmanager checks
say the same, these two process are bad, but these programs not remove it, just offer something to pay.

so, if I go to the path where these two unplaced and nameless process are, is an svchost.exe inside the sysWOW64 path (yes, is not in system32 as the usual), many sites said that is a 100% virus and just kill it, but some "technicals" everywhere spam a lot
of message saying that is "not virus" and we not delete it... now I not know if they are just very ignorant or if this second svchost is really necessary but was infected. I was about to finish this file, the problem happened in the laptop, I am on my desktop
pc right now, here is not infected, no strange process start, everything is fine, but surprise, here have the same svchost.exe in sysWOW64 too! but is inactive. both computers are 8.1

so, the doubt is even bigger, now I see this file really exist in a clean computer (or not), is not working and I never knew about the existence of that, and I'm really surprised, these new windows are really new terrain for me, or I never noticed this file
in older systems...

so, I was searching for a way to configure svchost manually, before try to do something like just delete this another svchost, but no one say anything about it, just filler topics talking a lot of useless things and nothing about what I was searching for: DELETING
some svchost registry startup directly. I have to configure manually the internal process, because I know what are malicious. who know how to do it?
