Windows 10: svchost.exe Is trying to acces Video Folder

I've got many notifications about svchost.exe Trying to access %userprofile%\Videos and the "svchost.exe" file is in the System32 directory this is also happening with amdrsserv.exe, because I have Radeon RX550/550 series with the Radeon drivers, this was also happening with 2 of my steam games terraria and subnautica below zero although below zero was attempting to access Music which Must be for the custom music in game but I'm not sure, Terraria however was just trying to access the saves folder because I turned on protected folders after installing Terraria.

To Include folders using Manage Library Tools, we suggest that you perform the steps below:

• In File Explorer, select or open a library (ex: Videos) you want to include a folder or drive to.
• Click on the Library Tools Manage tab, and click on the Manage library button in the ribbon.
• Click on the Add button
• Browse to and select a folder or drive that you want to include in this library, and click on the Include folder button.
• When finished, click/tap on OK.

RAM Died: svchost error

Isnt svchost a service related to programs tho, and not the OS itself?
Like for example, there are multiple svchosts at any one time for multiple programs.

Though i suppose that still suggests the OS is buggered at the core.
