Windows 10: svchost.exe queery

Discus and support svchost.exe queery in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; This is on Insider Build16199....     This is on Insider Build16199....
    Malwarebytes Anti-Malware free does not work...have uninstalled, reinstalled but still same problem...see attachment.
    Defender shows clean.
    Have loaded Hitman Pro as an alternative.....my concern....svchost.exe wap 96 service......see attachment....is it legit?
