Windows 10: Svchost.exe takes up to 50% of my cpu.

1 of the svhost processes takes up to 50% or more of my laptop cpu resulting that my laptop(gaming laptop) is heating up to fast. I know i can disable it everytime i start up my laptop but i don't find any info about this specific process.




the 50 = processor % usage.


using process explorer i get the following info but no idea what it is and what is does.







in my cmd the info for 12136 = N/A




Can anyone help me with more info about what this process does?

It starts up everytime i start my laptop and is it ok to terminate this process everytime?

An App. called AppleMobileDeviceService.exe consistently takes 50% of CPU usage. I am not logged on to iTunes, nor is my iPod connected to my PC when this .exe runs with 50% usage. Apple suggested I contact Microsoft. I use AX oper. sys. Apple suggested
contacting Microsoft.

 

My CPU usage reaches 98% when I don't move my cursor for few minutes

Looks like it might be the svchost process.

This is not uncommon.

svchost 50% CPU

I recently upgraded my i5-4460 to an i7-7700k, since I upgraded I have constant had a background process called svchost running in background, when I start up my PC it does not turn on for about 10 minutes meaning I have good FPS on games for 10 minutes
before it greatly declines and becomes choppy and extremely bad FPS.

I have been looking for hours for a solution on different websites.

To add I have also had a blue screen error "critical process died"
