    Swapped Motherboards and now I’m getting “Your PIN is no longer available due to a change...


    As the title says, additionally I made sure WiFi/BT was enabled in my BIOS and I even tried a tethered connection via my phone’s hotspot which worked prior to the upgrade but to no avail. I have no way of installing drivers because no internet and no access to anything else WITH internet besides my phone and I can’t download drivers to a USB from my phone. Any help or advice would be appreciated because it seems like I’m out of options.Edit: The WiFi as well as BT options on the Lock Screen aren’t there and the only option given is airplane mode.

    "Your PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device."

    After resetting my windows 10 pc (Dell Latitude 3190) I receive the message "Your PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device." I cannot enter Safe Mode either. During the Reset I was asked something about the TPM? and I selected to allow the change/erase. I've tried multiple solutions listed in this forum to no avail. Any help is greatly appreciated.
