Windows 10: Swapping Windows 11 Product Keys.

Hi,I have a my current home PC with Windows 11 Pro.I just purchased a new laptop, which will become my main PC, but it only has Windows 11 Home pre-installed.How would I go about swapping the product keys so that I can have Windows 11 Pro on my Laptop and Windows 11 home on my old PC?Thank you in advance!

Reactivating Windows 11 after retrieving the motherboard key involves using the original product key or digital license associated with your system.

Here are the steps to reactivate Windows 11:

1. Open Settings:
   
   • Click on the Start button and select the gear icon to open "Settings."
     
2. Navigate to Update & Security:
   
   • In the Settings menu, click on "Update & Security."
     
3. Go to Activation:
   
   • In the left sidebar, select "Activation."
     
4. Enter Product Key:
   
   • If you have a product key, click on "Change product key" and enter the key when prompted.
     
5. Use Digital License:
   
   • If your Windows 11 was linked to your Microsoft account, you might see an option to troubleshoot and link your digital license. Click on this option and follow the prompts.
     
6. Restart Your Computer:
   
   • After entering the product key or linking your digital license, restart your computer.
     
7. Verification:
   
   • Go back to the Activation section in Settings to verify that Windows 11 is now activated.
     

 

Windows 10 Product key swap

Hi,

Is it possible to swap product keys between 2 Win10 laptops? I have a Compaq Presario V3000 with Windows 10 Pro and a Dell Vostro 14-5480 with Windows 10 Home Single Language. The latter is the one that I use daily while the former has been kind of dormant
for months now (though I always update it regularly), and I want my Dell to have Pro instead of Home. What steps do I need to take to make this happen/possible?

Product Key Swapping

i own two laptops. One, is currently broken and has a windows 10 pro product key sticker from the place where it was refurbished. Recently, i got a new laptop to replace the broke laptop which we will say is Laptop A. The new laptop shall be Laptop B
as a codename. Is there a way to swap product keys with one laptop unusable?
