    I have a laptop running windows 10 pro and i'm running windows 10 home on my pc. I want to swap them around, how do i do it?

    any laptop with more than 1GB of ram will run windows 7, i'd suggest a core 2 duo with 2GB.

    Swapping Windows 10 Home with Windows 10 Pro

    Hi Aravind

    The licence for the Pre-installed Windows 10 Home cannot be swapped to a different motherboard or PC, that is locked to the original motherboard it is installed on . ..

    With regards to that Pro licence, was that laptop originally Windows 10 Home, before it was upgraded to the Pro edition and if so was that underlying licence also pre-installed?

    I have a laptop running Windows 10 Home and a desktop running Windows 10 Pro. Can I swap the licences so that the laptop runs Windows 10 Pro and the desktop runs Windows 10 Home?
