Windows 10: Swedish as speak language does not exist on windows?

Discus and support Swedish as speak language does not exist on windows? in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Swedish as speak language does not exist on windows?I went to settings -> Language -> Speak language, but I can't choose swedish, I have googled this...     Swedish as speak language does not exist on windows?


    Swedish as speak language does not exist on windows?I went to settings -> Language -> Speak language, but I can't choose swedish, I have googled this issue and it does not seem to be possible?What I want is to be able to speak in swedish and let my computer register everything I'm saying verbally into text.Is this possible, if so, how do I do it?
