Windows 10: Swiftkey on Instagram Story

I'm having trouble using Swiftkey on Instagram. When I use the symbols button 123 to create text in a story, the keyboard closes.PS: There is no category for Swiftkey in the product selection here in this topic

Instagram stories

When I try to upload a picture or video to Instagram stories I get a black screen then have to shut the Instagram app down. I have reset and uninstalled Instagram and I cleared the Microsoft store cache. How can I get Instagram stories to load my pictures?

Also, for the touchpad not responding issue, you may go through the suggestion under the topic

Instagram app no longer allows me to post stories to my own story.

I'm talking about the windows 10 store app named "Instagram" not the phone app.
