Windows 10: SwiftKey voice typing issues.

How come I cannot activate Microsoft like the one available in Edge voice typing on SwiftKey, I was able to do it on my older device why am I unable to do it now. I tried to do it threw the "official support form" and I kept getting the following message

Also, for the touchpad not responding issue, you may go through the suggestion under the topic

SwiftKey voice to text on iPad inserting periods if I pause talking

Ipad 2020 8th generation using voice to text with Swiftkey. While SwiftKey works fine with voice dictation on my Android phone and appears to work differently on iPad. Of course you can't get the same exact keyboard layout on the iPad. However my issue
is when I press the microphone icon on the iPad it will launch voice to text through Microsoft and the SwiftKey keyboard. If I pause even the slightest a period is automatically added and the next word is capitalized. This does not occur with stock iPad keyboard
nor does it occur with SwiftKey on Android phone. Is there a way to correct this on iOS 14 version? Thank you very much, Peter

 

Issue with Voice Typing Language Change on Windows 11

Check Your Installed Language Packs

First, ensure that both the English and Korean language packs are correctly installed on your system.

• Go to Settings > Time & language > Language & region.
  
• Check if both English and Korean are listed under Preferred languages. If not, click on Add a language to add the missing language pack.
  

Verify the Speech Language Settings

Windows 11 voice typing feature relies on the speech language settings to determine which language it should recognize.

• Navigate to Settings > Time & language > Speech.
  
• Under Manage voices, make sure you have the voices for both English and Korean installed. If a voice is missing, you can download it by clicking on Add voices.
  
• Also, check the Windows display language and Preferred languages settings to ensure they are correctly set for your multilingual needs.
  

Use the Windows Key + H Shortcut

When you want to switch between languages for voice typing:

• First, ensure the correct language keyboard is selected. You can switch between keyboards by clicking on the language icon in the taskbar or by using the Windows key + Spacebar shortcut.
  
• Once the correct keyboard is selected, use the Windows key + H shortcut to activate voice typing. The voice typing should correspond to the keyboard language currently selected.
  

Check for Updates

Make sure your Windows 11 is up to date, as Microsoft frequently releases updates that can fix known issues and improve overall functionality:

• Go to Settings > Windows Update and click on Check for updates.
  

Troubleshoot the Speech Recognition Feature

If you're still having issues, using the built-in troubleshooter might help identify and fix problems related to speech recognition:

• Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
  
• Run the Speech troubleshooter and follow any recommendations it provides.
  

Reset Language Settings

As a last resort, you can try resetting your language settings, which might help resolve any conflicts:

• Navigate to Settings > Time & language > Language & region.
  
• Use the Reset option to reset your language settings to their default values. Note that this might remove any custom language settings, so use it as a last resort.
