Windows 10: Switch on/off peripherals with the computer on/off

I have just bought a new desktop with windows 11. My old computer had a Oneclick adapter to turn my screen and printer off/on when the computer was switched on /off which works perfectly on the old computer running windows 10, When connected to the new computer periperals switch on but then power off after 30-60 seconds. Settings in the power mode are Sleep Never. Computer Never. This must be a Windows 11 problem as trying different screens give the same results.

You need to tidy up more often, my cord is tucked away where it can't be stepped on, tripped over etc.
In fact I only think about it if I have to unplug it for maintenance.

Long story short the most stepped on, tripped over, accidently severed, overlooked, ignored and abused part of a computer or monitor or printer or scanner or peripheral is called a Power Cord or 3 pin shroud power connector. No Juice No Nothing!

It's fine I just want to make a point that I read each person's post and you'll notice next to your name as a member there are only the peripherals listed. Mouspads are not connected via cable or virtual cable to a computer I/O, and neither are processors.
