Switched From Xbox to PC...where is my digital library?

Good Afternoon-I recently switched from Xbox to PC. I went looking for the games that I had purchased on Xbox, so that I can play them on my PC...and cannot find them. The only one that showed up in the Xbox App library is Gears Tactics. I would imagine that any of my cross platform purchases would be good to go?Any advice?

    :)

Can’t connect Xbox one controller to pc

    Hello SubieTY,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

Initially, we need to pair the device to show up in the list while connected through Bluetooth. Check with the below mentioned steps and see if it works.

    Hope it helps.

  3. Minecraft from xbox to pc

So I just downloaded minecraft on my xbox but for some reason it's not showing up in my games in the play store on my pc. I can play it on xbox and according to the mojang website, I should be able to play it on both my xbox and my pc. These are the steps
    that it says to take:

    For Windows10:

    1. Using your Microsoft account, sign into the PC where you want to install your games.
    2. Click on the three dots in the Windows Store next to your profile pic.
    3. Go to My Library. If you already own the game, you can download it from there.

Media player libraries not shown on Xbox 360 post Windows 10 upgrade from windows 7

    Tried this suggestion.

Please perform the below steps and see if it helps to resolve the issue.

This issue may happen due to system file corruption. I suggest you to run System file checker. System File checker (SFC) scan is done to check if there are any corrupted system files that could be causing this issue. Kindly follow
    the below given steps:

    • Press Windows key + X, select
      Command prompt (Admin)
to bring up elevated Command prompt.
    • In Command prompt type sfc/scannow and press enter.
    • Restart the computer.
If no corrupted system files were found in the previous state, then I suggest you to try the following steps:

    • Open command prompt by pressing Windows key + X and selecting “Command prompt admin”.
    • In command prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each command:
    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

    • Close the command prompt and restart the PC and check if it works.
Hope this helps. Please post us if you need any further assistance with Windows.

Unfortunately this did not work, nor did it find any issue or correct the problem.

I then reverted the image back to Windows 7 from windows 10 and libraries, were now back and functional with the Xbox as they were before.

I then retried doing the upgrade, after trying the above suggestion and since updates to the RTM code were available, I updated the installers and proceeded with the upgrade to windows 10. Once the upgrade was installed, I deployed all system patches that
were available, and upon completion of this and all subsequent reboots. Then and only then did I attempt to open Media Player and have it index the Media libraries.

This time around the libraries, were displayed as expected on the Xbox.

I then as a test, reverted back to windows 7 (from the disk clone I Made.) Again libraries were displayed as expected. I then re-did the windows 10 upgrade, this time not going online for updates to the installer. When the upgrade was complete, I opened
Media player (did not do patches and updates either at this time. )

This time about Media player rebuilt the libraries, however in checking the Xbox the Media Libraries were not correctly displayed. I then brought all system patches up to current, with the obligatory reboots. Once this was done again the media libraries
were still not displayed correctly on the Xbox. On a hunch I then removed the libraries and then re-added them. When the indexing was done, The libraries were displayed correctly on the Xbox.

Finally to verify, my findings I re-cloned back to my windows 7 image. checking to see if the media libraries were working on the Xbox again as expected. Which again they were.

I then re-upgraded to windows 10, letting Windows 10 go online during the install process to get updates. once the OS was up and I could login, I fully patched the system and rebooted. I then opened up media player and let it index the libraries, and again
the media libraries working as expected on the Xbox.

So problem solved. It appears that there was a bug in the RTM when doing a upgrade from windows 7 that was addressed by some subsequent patch released between the windows 10 RTM and now.
