Windows 10: Switching between Teams rooms is causing webcam to break - Unknown USB Device Descriptor

My workplace is having an issue with a specific model of Dell laptops Latitude 3550 that have Realtek integrated webcams.We have been able to duplicate the issue after observing the camera 'break' while using teams.The webcam is working in Teams meeting. Several breakout rooms are established with single users. The organizer then visits the rooms, turning on/off the camera and mic while switching between rooms and back to the main room. With device manager open and webcam items expanded includes a USB Composite Device, Integrated Webcam, and DFU Device for observation, after switching room

My USB webcam is not working and it seems it was after Windows updates. When I check devices settings, it says: unknown usb device (device descriptor request failed) driver error. I already tried checking to see if there is an updated driver. I just
got this webcam a month ago.
