Windows 10: Switching laptop

Hello I going to switch my laptop and give my windows laptop to my sister. I wanted to enquire after I factory reset the laptop and remove my microsoft account as well. Will there be any problem in laptop like active your windows kinda thing? And what about the office tools like excel, word etc etc... will I still be able to use it??

Airplane mode switch not working

Since the troubleshooting steps that were provided did not resolve the issue, we suggest switching on the Radio Management Service. To do that, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R.
• Type services.msc, then hit Enter.
• Search for Radio Management Service.
  
• Right-click, then choose Start.

Note: Never ever set this service to "Disabled".

Get back to us if the steps won't work.

hey guys I'm trying to get clockgen to work on my laptop but can't get any of the plls to work, can you please post like exactly what steps I need to take to test each pll to see if it works? my specs are listed to the left
