Windows 10: Switching out of S-Mode stuck in working on it for hours

Hi Team, I need your help asap. I have Lenovo ideapad3 15IGL05 laptop. I have been using it since 2021 in S-mode. Suddenly I faced an issue last week with YouTube playing on Edge browser No video only audio. So, I switched out of S-mode last week and installed Google Chrome and used for a day or two. It was fine.Now again my laptop is back to S-Mode, not sure how. May be something got changed due to the window update some 2023-08 cumulative update I did on Aug 28th. Now I am trying to switch out of S-mode again in Microsoft store but its saying working on it for several hours since yeste

Airplane mode switch not working

Since the troubleshooting steps that were provided did not resolve the issue, we suggest switching on the Radio Management Service. To do that, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R.
• Type services.msc, then hit Enter.
• Search for Radio Management Service.
  
• Right-click, then choose Start.

Note: Never ever set this service to "Disabled".

Get back to us if the steps won't work.

 

Stuck in safe mode in windows 10

Safe mode is intended to help fix most, if not all problems within an operating system, it's not good if we got stuck on it. To correct this, we suggest that you follow the steps below to exit out of Safe mode:

• Open Run command by pressing Windows key + R
  keys on the keyboard and type msconfig in the command box and press
  Enter.
• Under General tab, put a check on Normal Startup option.
• Reboot the system and check if the changes are effective.

Let us know if you are able to exit out of Safe mode with these steps.
