    Switching to secondary users slows down mouse input


    All of a sudden when I switch user on my PC, Win11 the mouse pointer goes into a terrible lag. Apps are working fine when operated by keyboars inputs but the pointer is not usable. Has worked fine for years on the PC but today all of a sudden the issue appeared with no apparent change.I have reset the PC and set up as "New" with all new settings but to no avail.I tried adding multiple accounts both with Microsoft ID and non-account users and get the same results. In one attemt the mouse worked for a brief period but when I switch to primary user and back the issue re-appeared.

    Mouse pointer suddenly slowed down: I had a power outage and upon restart the mouse pointer was moving painfully slow. now the speed settings are maxed out and it's still slower than it used to be. I've uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, and also disabled "enhance mouse precision" with no effect whatsoever....
