Windows 10: Symbol  appearing in blank space of multiple websitesn-Win 11??

Beginning about 2 weeks ago the  symbol began appearing at the ends of paragraphs and in the blank spaces on the pages of several websites I frequent.This did not happen in the past, and does not happen when visiting the same sites using older Win 10 PC.How do I fix this?

It may be possible that the blank space on your notification area is connected with the OneDrive app. We can reset the app by following the steps below:

• To open the Run dialog box, press and hold the Windows key and press
  R.
• Type %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset and press
  Enter.
• The OneDrive icon will disappear and reappear for a few minutes.
• If the OneDrive icon doesn't appear on the notification area, open the
  Run dialog box again and type %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe and press
  Enter.

WIn + space stopped working for me...

While CTRL + win + Space or Shift + win + space do work. What is funny is that when i press win + space it works like I only pressed space.

Win button is working for sure, checked it

Languages list is showing when ctrl or shiift is additionally pressed

Any suggestions?

 

symbols that appear on my nokia 1520

Symbols appear on my phone mainly on the top section such as three wave lines etc is there anywhere i can get a list of symbols that explains this.
