    Sync Centre does not see drive


    I have Sandisk SSD 'Extreme Portable', 1TB' It works fine -- shows up on File Explorer, copies/moves to/from etc. Only, if I go to the sync centre and try 'set up new synchronisation partnership, I get the message 'there are no new synchroinisation partnerships that can be set up on this computer' Any ideas?

    Thanks very much for all the info, you are the first person to suggest I am heading up a blind alley with regard to Sync Centre on my Windows Home PC. It is worth knowing! I will try connecting my phone to the PC as you suggest, and let you know.

    connected bu not syncing - imate k jam with vista win mobile centre

    • my imate used to sync fin with windows xp pro until i ugraded to vista business
    • now it connects with all functionality except syncing
    • error message is NOT helpful - found problem with desktop
    • I have tried - rebooted both PC and phone several times, reinstalling win mobile centre, turning off firewall
    • any suggestions welcome

    Sync Centre does not see drive

    Syncing and Sync Centre are not working

    The syncing that I used to get between my (W10) PC and (W1Lumia phone, OneDrive etc. has stopped. For the first time I tried to use Sync Centre. There are no sync partnerships listed but what is more I cannot create any. There is a message to the effect
    that partnerships cannot be created on my device. What is going on?
