Windows 10: Sync Troubleshooter

Does anyone knows about a troubleshooter for the windows 10 sync? I used last year the "Microsoft Account Troubleshooter" but I`m not finding the link to download it anymore...


I have issues with the sync features, mostly wallpaper sync and suspect the issue is at the servers... have 5 pcs with proper configuration, sometimes it doesn`t sync, sometimes it takes ages and have two computers synced with one configuration and 3 synced with another, sometimes it sync with a wallpaper I used long before... lots of issues... maybe the server has different versions it don't know why combine with another version...


I`ve just turned off sync on every machine I have, requested to erase sync data from the cloud at the account.microsoft.com/devices and will wait a week for the server erase the files and try again again turn on the sync one computer at a time....

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
