Windows 10: Synch music file to my phone

I keep getting this error massage when I try to sync music files from my laptop windows 10 to my Samsung A5 2017 "Windows Media Player encountered a problem while synchronising the file to the device." any help would be helpful.

Unable to Synch Music to win 8 phone.

New Win 8 Phone. HTC 8x.

Zune Software on win 7 pc wtih music and play lists.

Photos from win7 phone also stored on PC.

Downloaded Win 8 Phone apps to synch music and photos.

Go through process of synching everything then errors out at end with the below error message.

Error Message of "we couldn't copy superliminal.wma to the phone. Something happened that we didn't expect. But if you call support, you can tell them you saw this error code: 80004000".

Titles are on phone but when I select I get the following message: "we are unable to confirm the media usage rights for this content"

If you have any suggestions please let me know.

 

Listen to Android phone's music from desktop headphone

How to listen to [Android phone's music] from [a headphone that is connected to a Windows 10 desktop] without internet connection?
I have an Android phone (Pixel 3a) with YouTube Music installed on it.

When I don't have internet connection, I want to be able to wear my headphone, which is connected to my desktop (Windows 10) and listen to both my desktop's audio (for example, game sound) and the music playing on my phone (for example, music that is available only on the phone's YouTube Music offline downloaded folder).

How can I achieve this?

Note:

• I searched on the internet and it seems like Windows 10 doesn't have bluetooth support by default that support audio streaming from phone to PC. People seems to be able to install a different bluetooth driver and get it to work, but I can't get it to work. (if you can get it to work please list the exact step)
  
  
• This source says Pixel 3a has A2DP.

If the Calendar is not synching in PC I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps you.

Let's try the below steps and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Step 1: I suggest you to run the
Troubleshooter for Windows App and see if it helps to resolve the issue.

Step 2: If the issue persists, then I suggest you to
remove and reconfigure the account back in the Mail app.


Reconfiguring the account should force it to sync again and resolve the issue.
