Windows 10: synchronisation safety family impossible

Bonjour,Actuellement sous windows 11 je souhaite configurer microsoft safety family et de faire apparaitre les membres de ma famille pour leur créer un session sécuriséemalheureusement j'ai un message d'erreur " nous n'avons pas pu vous connecter à microsoft family safety pour le moment..." j'ai déjà désinstallé l'application safety family puis réinstallé, mis à jour le pc, synchronisé le compte microsoft , supprimé et recréé ma famille mais rien n'y fait j'ai besoin d'aide merci d'avance
