Windows 10: Synchronising speech

Using SAPI 5 I want to start each speech text at a specific time into the audio file e.g. 4 sec XXXXXXXXXXX 6.5 sec YYYYYY Is there a tag within <voice required .. to position? Or is there a way of forcing the length of each speech (fill with silence)? Or an easy way to calculate the value of <SILENCE ..> between each speech text e.g. getting the length of the spoken text TIA

I would suggest you to follow the steps to see Advance speech options.

• Press Windows+X key on the keyboard
• Click on control panel
• Select speech recognition
• On the left hand pane you will see Advance speech option

To set up Speech, please follow the steps:

• Swipe left on the start screen.
• Tap Settings.
• Tap Speech.
• Tap Read aloud incoming text messages.
• Select from the following:
  • Always on
  • Bluetooth and headsets
  • Bluetooth only
  • wired headset only

For Text to speech settings, follow the steps below:

• Swipe left on the start screen.
• Tap Settings.
• Tap speech.
• Set desired options.
