Windows 10: Syncing issue

My brother accidentally synced his surface pro under my email to my Desktop PC so now all my settings are messed up. I have little outlines around certain windows like the box around the volume.. My color scheme is also messed up now and I dont know how to set the settings back to default. I already tried turning off the syncing and I also deleted the cloud memory, I have no idea how to fix this.. Any help is appreciated.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Keyboard layout syncing issue in Windows 10

Does this issue confined to keyboard layout?

I suggest you to Turn off the Language preference and Ease of access Sync settings and check if it helps. You may follow the steps below and check if it helps:

  Press Windows key and then type Sync your settings.
