Windows 10: Syncing/login of OneDrive, iCloud for Outlook, Microsoft store only via VPN possible

Hello Community,some of my microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft store and activation of newly installed Office products and non-microsoft software Outlook plugin of iCloud doesn't login or sync without my computer being connected to my universities VPN service.The problem dates back to the beginning, when i got my computer about 5 years ago, but didn't bother me as I didn't use the store and Outlook plugin often.Recently I moved my OneDrive/Office from a business account not related to my university to a new personal account since then also my office won't sync without being connected to my uni

Based on the description you posted, it seems that you have an issue with Outlook wherein you have noticed that your Outlook app is not synced with your icloud.

For me to better understand the issue, I’d like to ask a few questions:

• When did this issue occurred?

• When you mentioned Windows iCloud are you referring to the iCloud storage created by Apple or is it OneDrive?

• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?



In the meantime, we would like you to try the steps provided down below:

If iCloud is not syncing with Outlook on Windows, there could be various reasons for this issue. Some possible solutions are:



1. Restart the internet router.

2. Shorten the file name or path.

3. Generate an app password from the Apple website.

4. Update the Windows system.

5. Restart the iCloud app.



Alternatively, you can access iCloud on the web and upload local data to iCloud.

Creators upgrade and CodeTwo Sync for iCloud

My upgrade went smoothly, but Office Outlook 2007 would not open, citing Code Two as the culprit. Code Two is an Outlook add-in that syncs Outlook calendars, contacts etc with iCloud calendars, contacts etc.
With Code two uninstalled, Outlook works fine, as does iCloud for windows.
I've tried all suggested fixes on the code two website, but have had no success in getting the calendars to sync.
Has anyone been able to get them to play together?

 

iCloud Add-in for Outlook doesn't work for G Suite Sync profile

I recently did a clean reinstall of Windows and all software. This was prompted by a problem with iCloud for Windows: there was a message that the directory for iCloud Photos could not be created. While this problem is now gone, ironically another has appeared: The iCloud add-in for Outlook doesn't work for the main profile I use in my Outlook. This is a profile generated by G Suite Sync (my main email is from that environment). The program says the add-in is active, but it's not in the toolbar. If I open Outlook using a different profile, the add-in works fine. I've tried several registry edits around "Do not disable" as found in other threads, but nothing has worked so far. Outlook says it was loading slow, but not disabled because I had earlier put it in the "Always enable" list. I have gone through many iterations on this screen (like always disable -> restart -> always enable -> restart -> do not monitor -> restart, etc.; all of this both with and without Admin privileges):
