Windows 10: Syncing Multiple Desktops

Hi!I thought I remembered during the launch of Win11, they mentioned the multiple desktops would now be sync-able across PCs. Is this accurate? If so, how can I enable this, so that the multiple desktops on my laptop sync with my desktop? And further, is there a third-party software capable of syncing open windows?Thanks!

Virtual desktops lets you create multiple, separate desktops that each can display different open windows and apps. Multiple desktops are great for quickly switching desktops. The idea of having multiple virtual desktops is being able to order programs
according to a set of tasks.

PC can’t have different virtual desktop on each monitor. However, we can
configure the taskbar for multiple displays to send windows from one monitor to another. We can customize Windows to have a taskbar shown on only one display, and a different taskbar on the other display. To do that, follow the below mentioned
steps.

• Right click on the taskbar and select
  Taskbar Settings.
  
• Scroll down to Multiple displays section and choose
  Taskbar where window is open under Show taskbar buttons on option.
  

By choosing that particular option in Settings, you can set its independent taskbar in addition to your primary display. Only the open windows are shown on the taskbar in that particular display.

As a workaround, we can create a new profile to switch your main display to another. By doing that, you can switch between profiles which will be having different displays in it.
To do that, follow the below mentioned steps.

• Right click anywhere on the desktop and select Graphics properties > Select
  Display > make changes to change your main displays > click on
  Save profile > assign a name to it.
  
• You can create multiple profiles to make different monitors as main displays each time.
  
• To apply the profile, right click anywhere on the
  desktop and select Graphics Options > Profiles > in there you can select the new account which you have created to switch the display.

How to sync multiple Outlook Contacts folders & Groups - without Exchange

Thank you for the suggestion for a "paid" solution but this is a significant oversight that we really shouldn't have to "pay" for. My previous phone (iPhone) would natively sync multiple contact lists (from almost any source) and I didn't even have to tell
it that I had multiple contact lists. As was stated above, some of us have business, personal, corporate, and just aquaintances that we sync via outlook on multiple devices. For my phone not to have that capability is unacceptable and considering how many
corporate customers that we expect to cater to with this device as part of a "standard" platform is challenging at best.

 

Wireless Synch stops working for some reason

Any more suggestions for fixing this problem? I really enjoyed wireless sync when it worked.

Steps I have taken:

• Rebooted the computer (multiple times)
• Rebooted the phone (multiple times - mostly due to marketplace crashing)
• Disabled wireless sync and re-enabled. Received success message
• Installed ZuneDevices.exe - Monitored connections and the phone is definitely connecting. The connect times in zunedevices.exe match the sync times in the Zune desktop client.

So, the Zune desktop definitely sees the phone. When connected wirelessly, I can see what is on it. However, nothing is actually syncing. Not my podcasts, not my music or apps.

Is there a log for Zune that I can view?
