Windows 10: Syncing outlook on the same network Windows 10 and 11

Good morning, I have 2 computers one I use daily and one once in a while. They have different versions of Outlook and always synced perfectly until the Geek Squad did something on the one I do not use often. I Googled and could not find an answer on how to do this. I apologize if this question has been answered before. Thank you, please let me know any further information you may need.

This is an awkward problem to solve and one I don't think is worth the time and effort.

The OP would be better off either using a modern webmail service like gmail or outlook.com or using a modern email client like Windows Live Mail like FX-GMC suggested or Thunderbird from Mozilla. If nothing else, Outlook Distress was notorious for corrupting its data files and losing all your email in one easy step. Not worth it.

Step 1:

Menu > Email > Settings > Personal Inform. Manag. > Applications > Calendar

• Calendar sync = yes

• Remove entr. older than = pick something

• Initial sync = select keep if you have entries on phone that you don't have on Exchange

Step 2:

Back > Back > Back

Or

Menu > Email > Settings > Mail for Exchange > What to sync

• Sync email = No

Steps have to be taken in this order as MfE requires that at least something is set to sync. Thus, it's not possible to disable email sync first and enable calendar sync afterwards.

• What type of email account are you working on? Is it POP3, IMAP or Exchange server email account?
• Are you referring to Outlook Mail Client or website?

If you are referring to Outlook Mail app then, I suggest you to follow the below steps to change the Mailbox sync settings.

• Open the Mail app and sign in to your account.
• Click on the gear icon (Settings) from the bottom left corner.
• Click on the Accounts under Settings.
• Click on your account and select Change settings.
• Click on the Change mailbox sync settings and check in the
  Sync options.
