SynTPEnh.exe and WerFault.exe are stealing my focus. Part 2.

This is a follow-up question to the question below:https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/focus-stealing-culprits-found-using-process/ad0681e9-7417-4238-8a3f-41caa55c3e32I uninstalled the Synaptics device driver and rebooted my computer, only for SynTPEnh.exe to steal focus again. Apparently, I need to go to the System Information window and download a new version of that driver from the support page for the laptop, as shown in one of the responses in the linked question. Screenshot below:Can someone show me the steps? The focus stealing is so annoying!

  3. WerFault exe

New Omen laptop pc win 10 pro
The message from a fresh boot,
    [ WerFault exe Application Error
The exception privileged instruction 0xc0000096 occurred in the application 0x00007FFF57CF66D2.
Click on OK to terminate the program.]
But it will not terminate, & locks all normal functions, I tried to uninstall games, steam, etc. To no avail!
    I must reboot by cont.alt.del.
When I click it the same message pops up over & over?
