Windows 10: Sys reboot downgraded my pc from win11 to win7

Hi,My laptop came with Windows 7 Home from the factory. Years ago, I had an offer to upgrade to Windows 11 for free - which I accepted, and I have been using it for a long time. However, after a while, I attempted to reboot my PC from the BIOS due to some malware issues. After the reboot completed, the PC was downgraded to Windows 7 again.I tried to upgrade it using the factory serial numbers as I did before, but it now indicates that it is no longer eligible for a free upgrade. I understand that Windows has stopped offering free upgrades from Windows 7 to Windows 11, but since I already had i

How to downgrade Win7 pro to WinXP

Why on Earth would you want to downgrade from Win7 to WinXP !? Win7 is just as fast if not faster on same hardware, looks better, has better features and is far more secure and up to date.
I'd use Win7 on my netbook (i'm already using it on PC) if the wireless wasn't falling down randomly.
Win7 just rocks and i totally like it.
