    When running sysprep i it breaks with the following error:

    I have tried :

    Removed all users under advanced system settings

    then in random order.:

    Remove-AppxPackage -Package Microsoft.RemoteDesktop_10.1.1088.0_x86__8wekyb3d8bbwe

    Remove-AppxProvisionedPackage -Online -PackageName Microsoft.RemoteDesktop_10.1.1088.0_x86__8wekyb3d8bbwe

    get-appxprovisionedpackage -online | remove-appxprovisionedpackage -online

    Remove-AppxProvisionedPackage -Online -PackageName Microsoft.RemoteDesktop_10.1.1088.0_x86__8wekyb3d8bbwe


    Rebooted between. NOTHING works where i'm i going wrong it almost seems like the AppxPackage cant be removed.?

    Sysprep Errors on 1809

    I'm building a virtual machine (VM) to be sysprep'd and captured as a base image. Currently our organization uses LTSB and have not historically had to deal with Windows Store Apps but LTSB is changing in the coming year and moving to a Professional/Enterprise
    build makes more sense for our org.

    The VM gets built, windows updates are installed and the VM is upgraded to build 1809. After the build was complete I attempted to sysprep and got errors (App errors and unable to validate). From my research, upgrades are not supported by Sysprep so I rolled
    back prior to the upgrade, errors remain but the apps generating errors are different.

    My end goal is to get this sysprep to complete without errors, currently I'm struggling with the proper procedure for removing and deprovisioning apps & in some cases, making sure installed apps are provisioned for all users. Any insight is appreciated.

    Unable to run sysprep

    I am unable to sysprep a PC. The setupact.log for tells me this:

    I've tried the following but nothing works:
