Windows 10: System 32 black text boxes load up multiple times on windows start up

As the title says, sometimes when my computer gets shut down and starts windows back up, I'm met with series of black text boxes labeled system 32. I've heard from people before that this might be a sign of malware or something of the sort, and lately I have been having issues with ram being eaten up like crazy and barely being able to run multiple programs at the same time. Games crash all the time, I'm using 50% of my 8gb of ram just idling with no programs open, and I am not even able to run 4 tabs of google chrome while listening to music in the background and running discord. Any ideas as to what this might be and how to fix it?

I suggest you to follow the below steps and repair system using Windows 10 installation media.

• 
  Create installation media for windows 10.
  
  Refer to the below link:
  
  Windows 10 herunterladen
  
• 
  Insert the Windows 10 installation DVD in the DVD ROM and
  restart your computer.
  
• 
  After you boot your computer using Windows DVD or System Repair Disc, a black screen appears with gray text
  "Press any key to boot from DVD". Press any key.
  
• 
  Select the correct time and Keyboard type.
  
• 
  Click Repair your computer in the lower left corner.
  
• 
  Follow the on-screen instructions.

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.
