Windows 10: system and browsers instability

Trying to determine the cause of my system’s constant blue screen errors and browser crashing episodes. This is even after a fresh windows install and after a dell technician performing hardware tests which has resulted in no errors. Currently an additional issue has occurred where one out of my two monitors only shows a black dell logo screen, assuming therefore that there is communication with my dell pc but that’s about it.When checking the device manager, there are 2 display adapters listed namely intelr uhd graphics 770 and nvidia geforce rtx 3050 oem. PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

If you're having issues with setting a default browser, it can be due to some changes in the configuration settings. To assist you with your concern, we recommend that you set your preferred browser as the default by following the steps listed below:

• Type Settings in the Search bar and press
  Enter.
  
• Choose System then click on Default apps.
  
• Scroll down, and click Set defaults by app option.
  
• Click on your preferred browser, then click Choose defaults for this program.
  
• Click Select all, then Save.

edge browser instability on both my 64 bit systems;so back to windows 8.1.

edge browser instability on both my 64 bit systems (freeze with partial resolution after a bit, but then entire system wonky) ;so back to windows 8.1. I am hoping for fixes in the interim. how long will I be able to download windows 10 for free?
