Windows 10: System and disk errors

Recently ive had some slow downs and freezes. I thought it was nothing but i had a memory managment error and couldnt even log in till i cleaned my hard drive and reinstalled windows. I ran sfc/ scanow and dskchk. Both come out with nothing wrong. Thought it was fine and without downloading anything, just leaving the pc over night it shut down. Ran scannow and dskchk it fixed some files but the issue still persist with it freezing and forceing me to scannow,dskchk, or reinstall windows. Ive ran memory diagnostic tool and there nothing wrong. Ive taken out the ram and tested it in case so the rams fine. Ive also tested the hardrive and changed hard drives but it still persist. Checked and updated everything from my monitor systems to my bios and it still happens. Is it possible that its the motherboard or something that corrupts my files thats already on my pc.

Disk Read Errors

OK, earlier, I got a BSOD. Now I'm getting disk read errors. The error on the BSOD was 0x00000F4, and now, when I load up the system, it posts, does everything, then, just beofre it would start loading Windows, it comes up with:

Disk read error
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart.

Any ideas? I kinda need to get it working ASAP...
