Windows 10: System.BadImageFormatException: 'Could not load file or assembly 'IALoader.dll' or one of...

When I use IALoader.dll for a 64-bit application, I get the following error: System.BadImageFormatException: 'Could not load file or assembly 'IALoader.dll' or one of its dependencies. It is not a valid Win32 application. Exception from HRESULT: 0x800700C1' Is there a solution for using IALoader.dll in a 64-bit application? I am trying to achieve handwriting shape recognition in my 64-bit WPF application. The IALoader.dll works fine on a 32-bit platform, but when I use the same code for a 64-bit platform, I encounter the System.BadImageFormatException error. Please provide a solution or
