Windows 10: System cannot find the file specified error while updating drivers

I recently wiped my hard-drive and after the wipe i can't transfer any files. The USB option also shows up and my device does charge. If I try to update the driver the error "system cannotfind the file specified"appears pls help me

Cannot find specified file error — no solution works

Windows Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042

On April 13th, apparently there were a lot of Windows updates (most regarding Office 2010). The following day I started the error message on virtually all of my software "Cannot find specified file."

I know this is a common issue but it's the first time I've ever encountered it. I have tried every troubleshooting step in every forum, YouTube tutorial, and Google search I could find and nothing worked. In that tutorial, the "Mark partition as active" prevented my computer from booting and I had to repair it to get it working again. The last step "Verify the System Log File to Find the Problematic Driver File" didn't have the "cannot find file" in the folder it said to locate and move.

Finally, I performed a clean install of Windows 10 and the issue persists. Now, I have a computer I can't do any work on (artwork, music production, mixing, mastering, etc) and I'm totally miffed as to how to fix this problem. Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated.

In my downloads folder uis a file/folder

I try to delete a file/folder gets message *The system cannot find the file specified.*

files/folder will not delete





Suggestions? Ideas?

 

How to install Driver with file not specified error

I have an old PC that whenever I try to automatically update the drivers I get an error message saying "Windows encountered a problem installing the driver for you device"

"Windows found drivers for you device but encountered an error while attempting to install"

"Intel(R) Q965/Q963 Express Chipset Family (Microsoft corporation - WDDM 1.1)"

" The system cannot find the file specified."
