Windows 10: System cant reset

Hello last night i was resseting my laptop then it finished there was some updates so i had to restart but when i restarted there was the blue screen of death then there was just a loop the startup fix doesnt work so i tried the advanced troubleshoot and i cant open them like CMD because they ask for my password but it just says its incorrect even tho its correct so i gave up and decided to reset everything but it says there was a problem while resetting no changes were made please help thanks.

@Maban - does GPU-Z fail the same way for you the way it does for me? I.e. total system freeze/lockup, requiring a hard reset?

@W1zzard - I will try the suggested steps later today, as I am not near that PC at the moment.

 

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
