System clock deliberately leaping backwards in Windows 11 and 10 before. Why?

Hi,from about 15th of Nov 2021, my one year old Lenovo laptop with Windows 10 Pro started to shift the system clock backwards by big chunks like 20 minutes at a time. Sometimes there are a few shifts in a single day, sometimes there is none in a few days. This is a big problem when Outlook reminds me of appointments by the time they are finished :-.I always re-synchronize the clock with the time server in the Settings, but the next leap backward is never to far away. The automatic time synchronization and time zone are enabled.I do not believe this has anything to do with the CMOS battery, be

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

Is Microsoft deliberately making Windows 11 bad?: I feel like they are and I wouldn't be surprised considering that the world is ran by Satanic pedophiles. Why all of the bugs?
