    SYSTEM cmd? explorer crashing? while downgrading from Windows 11


    What happened : I was downgrading from windows 11 to 10 using settings app and when the windows logo flashed with the windows 10 loading dots I pressed shift + F10 . this opened command prompt and I was in the system user. I already knew this was BCPE because the app running is not actually the bootscreen. Its windeploy.exe . I launched explorer. After I launched explorer I got the SYSTEM explorer. so after a few minutes. The system went into Logon UI. Alright, I logged into my user, and BAM! system cmd.exe pops up and the explorer too!the explorer was crashing and the tasmgr sho
